We put a lot of time and effort into ensuring we offer the best contract ironmongery service we possibly can.

From boardroom to warehouse we are dedicated to our individual roles and strive to create a happy and therefore efficient working environment, the result being our customers receive the highest level of service.

Contract Ironmongery

We realise that construction projects often evolve on site and we can adapt quickly to our customers changing requirements to ensure deadlines are met and clients are happy. From an initial meeting, phonecall or email exchange we learn about the project and the architects vision to get an understanding of budget, style and durability of the ironmongery required. Obviously as much information as possible is most welcome but we are also adept at producing detailed schedules from basic notes.

SCHEDULE

Working closely with the project architect, our GAI qualified experts work up a detailed and accurate ironmongery schedule and often a P21 specification for inclusion within the tender documents. This is often updated and revised many times as the project evolves.

ORDER

Once an order is received it is passed to our Contracts Department to check we have all of the information we need to proceed with ordering and manufacture. For example, door thicknesses, suiting details, up to date fire ratings at this stage all help ensure that the hardware that lands on site is correct and as specified.

PROJECT BAY

Our warehouse team create a dedicated project bay to house all of the products required. They are checked in as they arrive and checked again by a different pair of eyes as they leave. We can supply contract ironmongery in bulk and we can pack into doorsets. Unlike most, we offer this service free of charge as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

DELIVERY

We use fully insured national and international couriers to deliver your contract ironmongery to site, door manufacturer or wherever required.

SUPPORT

Once the hardware is delivered that is not the end of the story. We are on hand to offer technical assistance with installation and troubleshooting, whether that is over the phone, on Zoom or with a meeting on site. We are not happy until our customer is happy.
